Please be advised that you have the legal right to request from PAŻP access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection.
The archiving of documents, including those containing personal data, is in accordance with the relevant external and internal regulations, including the Act on National Archival Resources and Archives of 14 July 1983 (Journal of Laws 1983 No. 38 item 173, as amended) and Order No. 11 of 30 April 2007 of the President of PAŻP (as amended). The provisions in this regard specify, among other things, the manner of handling documents and their classification and archiving period.
